Frequently Asked Questions
What are your program hours?
We are open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. Our flexible hours program allows clients to set up a schedule that will meet their needs. Contact us to discuss.
What is the cost?
Medicaid covers the total cost of our program. Please contact our Admissions Office to determine if you are eligible. Medicaid Waivers (CCPED), J.A.C.C., Respite, and other insurance programs are also accepted. Our Admissions Office will work with you to determine your entitlements. Private pay clients are always welcome. Please contact our Admissions Office for our current flexible rate options.
Can you provide transportation?
Transportation is included in the cost of the program. Our new fleet of executive vans and buses will pick you up and drop you off every day. Our fleet can accommodate all assistive devices you may have. We also provide transportation to medical appointments, retail stores, and other community services. Family members can transport their loved ones if they choose.
What if my loved one is unsure about attending?
GoodLife has trained staff to handle this situation every day. Encourage your loved one to attend our FREE TRIAL DAY with no obligation or commitment. We are confident that once your loved one attends one day of our program, he/she will want to come back.
How do I get started in the program?
Just contact our Admissions Department at (973) 674-5100 or just stop by, no appointment is necessary. Our staff will assist you.
